So I’m going to end now saying that you know we know in this room that limiting diversity has very detrimental effects on our society and on the world. It limits leadership productivity innovation, knowledge just as limit it in so many ways. But if we can convince our colleagues about this manner in which humans think as a survival thing that for our society to thrive in this global market, in this world that’s coming up we’re already losing ground in the number of measures.
