A lot of what happens at this HBCUs come from precious few dollars that come from the major agencies where the other institutions and they’re not doing as well a job per institution have several different mechanisms [00:44:00] to get those resources. These institutions have precious few mechanisms to get these resources. And when they access these resources and they come up with policies that take away the ability for them to understand why they are successful and for those who are not as successful why they’re not successful, then we not only hurt them, we hurt the entire population because that’s knowledge that we’re not going to get.
