I want to create a tool that would be a search instrument so that we can identify potential candidates to enrich the applicant pools for the job positions that come up, or even before they come up. I’m working with certain scientific directors to tell me; where are the growth opportunities, where do you foresee new opportunities for hiring here in the intramural program and then we’ll begin that positive outreach to them.
