But I think another really important issue is that we have to ensure that we are actually recruiting and retaining the best and brightest into this endeavor. And given the changing demographic of this country such that the minority groups are going to actually constitute the majority and already have, if we’re not pulling from our entire intellectual capital, we will not be ensuring that we have the right and the brightest people doing this research, and this is an imperative and it’s an urgency for us to address.
